West Side – Vancouver Real Estate

In December 2007 the West Side saw 50 New Listings added with 56 Sales for the month leaving a total inventory of 241 Detached Active Listings.
Total Dollar Volume for the West Side Detached homes saw a slight dip below 2005′s level for the same month but reached an all time high during the early summer of 2007.
Since December 2005 it’s been a steady climb in both the Average and Median prices for Detached Homes on the West Side.

Another Price Increase
Overall, December’s2007 sales for detached properties increased 7.3% with the benchmark for the same month increasing 13.5% from December 2006.
Second Highest Record
Residential housing sales for 2007 was the second highest recorded with total sales of all classes reaching 38,050 units.
