In Vancouver, your Realtor® works with you to provide a similar services. You don’t have to be nosy. We Realtor® types consider it research.
Where will Your Nose Lead You?
You have to wonder how hassle free can it be considering their web page also advertizes a lead generation tool. Is it really no hassle? Doubtful!
Does the name explain the program’s lack of adoption. According to their site it is only available in three provinces. IMO the name reflects a “not nice” aspect of having a relationship with some neighbours where – you experience joy knowing that they are moving.
Some would say there is nothing wrong with being nosy if you are planning the glad-you-are-going-away party.
