I wouldn&#039;t cut your wrists yet.  There is still a lot of good news for us in BC.   BTW Plus 4 isn&#039;t a negative number.  I&#039;m not an ultra booster but , my simple take on this is if you sold and broke even after 20 years what did it really cost you to have a roof over your head?   It&#039;s 0 compared to the rent you would have paid.  
Somewhere along the line we lost touch with a house or apartment being a home as opposed to an investment.   Ah for the simple things.</description>
