I Have A Dilemma.
I often thought it would be a good thing to let you know what life is like on the other side. You know what I mean – the Realtor’s side. If you are to believe some research we can’t be trusted so it follows that you would choose not to believe anything I might have to say.
Solution
As this thought began to take form I stumbled upon Teresa Boardman’s post. Teresa is a well seasoned Realtor in St. Paul Minnesota. Her post provided the ready made solution to my dilemma by describing eloquently what it’s like on our side. I know it’s a small world but now I wonder how she knew what I was thinking?
Thanks T for knowing.

Search for your home here. It’s lot easier than other places I can’t mention and you can see the home via Google street view. . Use Walkability to determine the availability of those neighbourhood services most important to you. Don’t be shy, tell your friends who are looking to stop by and give it a whirl. They will love you even more.
If you would like something more personal that is specific to your budget and needs, give me a shout. Let’s talk and I’ll set you up with a custom search delivered daily to your in box.
Of course, if you got some questions I’m around for that too.
Thinking of Buying or Selling your Vancouver home? Put on a cup of coffee and let’s talk.

I thought that all Realtors could read minds. Sounds like you can’t? LOL

You are so right. Time I took my crystal ball in for a check up.
They don’t call her a blogging goddess for nothing.
Norm,
Goddess – that’s it I’m going for the 2-4-1 deal and have my rusted tiara readied for presentation as a gift to T?
