Vancouver Real Estate has many diverse property styles. As we live on the edge of an ocean waterfront is looked upon as the best of the best.
Few of us get a chance to see the other side of a water front home. Cruising up Indian Arm a week ago I took some pictures of these homes from the water side.
The one on the bottom right comes with its own island.
Many of these homes require more maintenance due to their proximity to salt water. If you are thinking of buying water front be certain to factor this in your purchase.

Search for your home here. It’s lot easier than other places I can’t mention and you can see the home via Google street view. . Use Walkability to determine the availability of those neighbourhood services most important to you. Don’t be shy, tell your friends who are looking to stop by and give it a whirl. They will love you even more.
