Vancouver Real Estate – Only Home Runs Count

Play Ball

There’s lot of game left with prices out in right field, price reductions in the stands and players anxious to win.

Check your competition line up. Pick your best wood and price your home below theirs. This is not the time for a no hitter.

Kicking dirt at the umpire will get you thrown out of the game and if you don’t plan to run hard, consider the dugout and sit out the game.

Throw your best ball at the slugger and put your offer square on the plate.

Struck Out!

So what!

The game has just begun, it’s the first inning and there are no walks. There will be plenty of balls to hurl and chances at bat.

Only home runs count!

I can see that I am not the only realtor interested in sports 🙂 First I thought I would come across the usual, boring RE stuff, but now I am pleasently surprised. Thanks for the inspiration, now I’ll think twice before posting boring statistics to my own weblog. It’s always good to come across “A place where everyone knows something but noboby knows everything”

This is good Larry. Baseball metaphors from a city with no major league baseball team is particulary amusing.
