Times Are Changing
For the past 20 years the evolution of online Real Estate has grown at an exponential pace. It seems like a life time of daily change starting with phone couplers and 9 pin printers using rolls of news print, then on to pictures and now movies, blogging, twittering and iPhones. On line real estate has also changed from the days of single consumer portals such as Realtor.ca where homes were listed for sale with basic information.
In the U.S. there are 3 major sources in Trulia, and Zillow and Realseakr. With time many individual RealtorĀ® web sites have grown to provide far more information depth. Knowledge sharing and fully disclosed listing data has for some, become the minimum level of information being made available to consumers. Unfortunately, not all RealtorsĀ® are tech savvy. As the demand continues to shape the real estate landscape they too must get on board to make quality information part of the services they offer or in lieu, fall by the wayside.
Fast, complete and accurate data is the game and is readily available from advanced RealtorĀ® sites. Evidenced by this new research, is verification that more and more consumers are looking to the internet than ever before to provide Real Estate information that meets that criteria. Those who are prepared to share fully disclosed information will be getting the call.
