Kerrisdale 30 Days

Kerrisdale Detached real estate market during the past 30 day period of July 28,2009 to August 27,2009 has remained steady. Little changed from the previous period extending from 06/28/09 to 07/27/09. True to its staid, unruffled, neighbourhood character, the numbers for Kerrisdale will for some, be less exciting than waiting for the next train.

For those who who aren’t familiar, memory serves that a train hasn’t run down these tracks which are in the heart of Kerrisdale, for perhaps 10 years!

Outlook

The median sold prices have increased slightly from the earlier period. Kerrisdale joins other passengers on today’s train of good news as Cameron Muir, BCREA’S Chief Economist proclaims sales will continue to climb.

Search for your home here. It’s lot easier than other places I can’t mention and you can see the home via Google street view. . Use Walkability to determine the availability of those neighbourhood services most important to you. Don’t be shy, tell your friends who are looking to stop by and give it a whirl. They will love you even more. :)

If you would like something more personal that is specific to your budget and needs, give me a shout. Let’s talk and I’ll set you up with a custom search delivered daily to your in box.

Of course, if you got some questions I’m around for that too.
