Ferries, Rainbows and Judy

Moments

You never know what you will discover in life. Sometimes the moment is just that – a moment. Sailing through torrential rain we were headed for Silva Bay on Gabriola Island. Then this appeared.

Open Space

Prairie folk tell me they see this kind of thing all the time. It’s a bit harder in British Columbia because of the confined space between our mountains. This makes seeing a full arch rainbow somewhat rare.

If that’s not sufficient ‘specialness’, then it is most certain, that on the prairies you won’t find a B.C. Ferry holding up a rainbow. (white ship bottom left of rainbow).

A reader might help explain why the area under the rainbow appears inordinately clear. It was as if you were viewing through a looking glass.

Glib

Though not at it’s end, 2009 has been a year of rainbows for many buyers and sellers who found their pot of gold. Some paid into that pot, while others took the pot home. Still others, who live in this land called Oz, continue to sing along with Judy.

Search for your home here. It’s lot easier than other places I can’t mention and you can see the home via Google street view. . Use Walkability to determine the availability of those neighbourhood services most important to you. Don’t be shy, tell your friends who are looking to stop by and give it a whirl. They will love you even more. :)

If you would like something more personal that is specific to your budget and needs, give me a shout. Let’s talk and I’ll set you up with a custom search delivered daily to your in box.

Of course, if you got some questions I’m around for that too.
