To my knowledge there isn&#039;t a gag order.   

To be clear the Bureau has not made a ruling!   As with anything real estate it&#039;s being &#039;negotiated.  :)

What may be the case for the no response,  is that no one is prepared to comment due to the complexity of the issue on the table.  If memory serves this discussion has been around for 5 or 6 years.

What might be a quick reasonable comment is that this is a very complicated issue dealing with the laws of agency, the potential to usurp protection of the consumer and possibly the RIGHT of a government body to control an association&#039;s private business.
