A Voice on High

It Came Upon A Walk

Arbutus Walk_ (7) [800x600]

Strolling through Arbutus Walk found was a purveyor of all good things.

Although there wasn’t a sign reading ‘QUESTIONS ANSWERED FOR FREE’, being a curious and forward fellow a chance was taken.

These questions were posed.

  • “Where do you think the Vancouver real estate market is headed?
  • Will it be up?
  • Will it be down?
  • Will it hold?

Heard was an Angels Voice

In repose, what seemed like the soft blush of a warm summer breeze joined in response – “Hmmm, let me reflect – I’ll get back to you.”

Search for your home here. It’s lot easier than other places I can’t mention and you can see the home via Google street view. . Use Walkability to determine the availability of those neighbourhood services most important to you. Don’t be shy, tell your friends who are looking to stop by and give it a whirl. They will love you even more. :)

If you would like something more personal that is specific to your budget and needs, give me a shout. Let’s talk and I’ll set you up with a custom search delivered daily to your in box.

Of course, if you got some questions I’m around for that too.

Thinking of Buying or Selling your Vancouver home? Put on a cup of coffee and let’s talk.

Larry,

I agree with Jarislowski.

This is a bubble and bubbles pop. I believe that things will come to a head in the months ahead.

Thank you for the dailies, they are super data point and greatly appreciated.
