Feeling Left Out
If this were the summer Olympics the high bar would be set beyond world records. Now that bar is even higher! Doubt the numbers? Check the Homes for Sale tab and search for West Side detached homes from $100K to $1000K.

First thought: I will Never be able to move on the west side.
Second thought: I should become a realtor.
Third thought: is the commission really fair
thanks Larry.
@Dan –
larry:
are listings picking up?
any “sell now” sentiment?
@blueskies
You can see the Dailies in the right column and track them if you wish. Overall, listings have been fairly steady within the Vancouver system where according to REBGV, in the past 10 days there were 1844 listed and 1032 sold with 417 price changes. Robust with a sense of balance might describe this.
re: Sentiment – depends on your circumstance and objective.
G&M’s sentiment as reported, suggests a growing blush (don’t know if that is price or volume but probably both) till April 19 when the new mortgage rules kick in then, a slight slowing while we tighten our shoe laces as we prepare to race once again. General opinion is that few will be affected by these upcoming changes. Certainly, it didn’t phase the stock market. A presumption is that the HST may offer a similar pattern.
