Graphs are so much fun to look at. Depending oh what you were hoping for, you stare at them wising that by some form of magic your gaze will change it.
Ups and Downs
Units sold in Jan 2010 at 709, were as expected higher than Jan 2009 at 292 and just about on par with Jan 2008′s 645.
Units listed in Jan for the years 2010, 2009 and 2008 were 1952,1421 and 1865 respectively.
Average price for the same periods were $950,785, $782,961 and $877,272 – quite a bounce!
Following suit, active listings for January in the three years were 4134,5834 and 3833.

The routine questions now asked is will our soon to be world famous no snow Olympics hold surprises for us?
