Larry, slowest week for sales I have ever seen.

July looks to set a record for year over year volume drops – in both number and %.

Shocking (would you agree?).

I know that sellers are slow to hit the jettison button, but my view remains that we are on the absolute verge (it has started) of a total meltdown.

Thoughts?

‘total meltdown’ is pretty self assured.
I’d be predisposed to call it a market realignment – meltdown, not so much.

Yes, realignment, I agree – in the same style as Las Vegas or Miami.
