Vancouver Still World Class

Vancouver’s 2010 Olympics’ mantra was to own the gold. According to Demographia that is exactly what you need if you want to live in Vancouver.

What it Takes

Demographia’s 7th Annual report outlines how they came to this conclusion and is available here for your consideration.

You have last years report, Larry.

Even though our multiple has increased from 9.3 to 9.5 we are no longer #1 as Sydney has squeaked by us at 9.6

Hong Kong has been added for the 1st time and their multiple of 11.4 puts us in 3rd place.

Hong Kong actually does have a shortage of land.

Those are last years stats. Vancouver is now at a 9.5 eclipsed only by Hong Kong and Sydney. The thoughts behind your post shouldn’t be altered by this though.
