Almost There
Update:
Yattermatters had to abandon the virtual server assigned by Dreamhost. With the help of frequent backups we were able to bring Yattermatters back on line by initiating a new virtual server. At this point we are making sure all of the bits and pieces are back in their rightful place.

Thanks for your patience – glad you are here. Hopefully in a number of hours we can all get back to having some fun as we gain some insight on the Vancouver real estate market.

Amongst other things the architecture of this house set it apart from others in the neighbourhood. Add to this a realistic Seller who understands what a sharp asking price means, a south west facing corner lot and with tongue in cheek – a talented and experienced Realtor who knows how to create a buzz and voila you have multiples on the first open and bears frowning.
i want a south-west corner lot in Kits!….but for no more than around $600,000

LOL! Plan B would be to win the lotto! About the same chance as finding a similar property for $600K
