Landscape
It doesn’t matter where you go real estate and its players are always part of the landscape.
These creatures served to remind me that with changing market conditions a different type of Vancouver home buyer may be on the horizon.
Temperament
Voyages with YOLO as with real estate buyers can be long or short. They are however, never without interest.
Sellers may also find current Vancouver home buyer’s approach to house hunting has changed. They may discover today’s buyer exhibiting a temperament more in keeping with these Orcas.

Hi Larry,
If the allusions of “being under water”, “having that sinking feeling”, or “playing hard to get” wih regard to RE are what you have in mind re: this video, then YES!, I would agree.
Looks like spectacular scenerey and an enjoyable holiday. Good for you!
@boom
though a misnomer you might say the market players today are ‘a different kettle of fish’
What is a misnomer? Klear the konfusion…
@boom
buyers as killer whales (mammal) does not equal ‘fish’.
sorry for the Konfusion
I still don’t get what you’re saying…
@boom
misnomer – referring to whales as fish
Well, being a mammal myself, I’d say this goose is cooked. (Get it?)
