You Only Live Once

I’ll be Back
When ever the going gets tough some people choose to continue to battle with things they can’t control. Others stand aside and consider the implications of change by taking that moment to reflect upon solutions to the problem. Still others just say I’ll be back and deal with it later.
The change currently upon Vancouver’s real estate market and summer have arrived at the same time. It also seemed serendipitous that Y.O.L.O. chose to whisk me away on a journey up coast. On our way Y.O.L.O. assured me that I will be sequestered in the beauty that is British Columbia. As such, access to the WWW will be intermittent so you too can enjoy an intermission from my missives.
Take some down time from the market? Remember You Only Live Once so smile, withdraw for a moment and immerse yourself in this photo that I took of Y.O.L.O. at Squitty Bay. Y.O.L.O. always delivers and I hope you enjoy this B.C. moment as much as I.

Enjoy the break Larry. Well deserved. We will miss your missives. Going to a funeral of a 61 year old friend today reminds me for sure that YOLO and for a very short time.

I’m sure on your prairie schooners you get to see some exciting things.
On this trip I was privileged to have a pod of Orca pop up about 800 feet from YOLO. Scared the crap out of me. The sound of them exhaling is really quite loud and they are a lot bigger in real life. They also swim faster than YOLO goes at top speed. LOL!
I’m just glad I and the boat don’t look like a seal.
Got some pics and a little bit of a movie. When I get back I’ll post them up.
Let’s just say they are the kings of real estate in these waters.
