With regularity Vancouver buyers ask if it is a good idea to purchase a Vancouver ‘fixer upper’ home. I always ask a bunch of qualifying questions that end with ‘is this good for you’?

If you are going to say these things tell us why you think it is a hack job.
I’ve not seen this place but listing Realtor thinks otherwise. However, I noticed there are no pictures of the interior ground level and windows are dated otherwise is that what’s missing to complete your picture of a hack job?
