who needs stability? I would think sellers would rather sell than have stability…this is the problem…. there are so few sales right now because of this “small fluctuation in prices”, sellers need to reduce their prices in order to sell.
Thank goodness for that HPI Benchmark!
If they went ahead and reported the average price, things would have seemed much worse.

I think you know the beef Larry…when the average price was rising rapidly the REBGV reported it every month without fail. They also pushed this figure out to the press. When it started falling they dropped the figure from their reports. It stretches one’s credulity to believe that this is just a coincidence.
It is only through your kind efforts – and REALTORS like you – that the average price gets published. Thanks for that!

Averages are in the paper release. I cannot confirm that they ever made it to the videos and to be frank I’m not going to watch all of them to find out.
Honestly, this guy has lost so much credibility for me I can’t even be bothered to watch the link. It would be a complete waste of time.
