Getting a hair cut these days can be expensive.
If you are into the latest style it could cost well over $100 dollars to get the latest look. Alternatively, if you are into the working man’s sense of style you can find salons that might make you pretty for $20.00.
If you are selling your home in this current Vancouver Market the amount of hair cut off your asking price may be many thousands of dollars or, if it is an extreme cut – millions!

Nice post Larry, curious these sales you posted…are they all sales from this year? this week? today?

Spotted one property that even raised the listing price.
love this! would really appreciate more posts like these.
Thank you for your honesty, Larry!
@painted
Kind words – thanks.
Its a matter of perspective which I believe everyone should be aware of if they are thinking of selling or buying.
Hey Larry, I think that the news about saving the building on the Wilmore estate is wonderful, since when I saw it on your open house it impressed me as a beautiful building.
Is it Vancouver Foundation still owner and now developer?
BTW, What a great gift to a wonderful charity. Good on you for your involvement Larry.
@BofB
Foundation is one the beneficiaries – they neither own or develop. Agree on the saving – it is a neat old house and continues to be my pleasure to work on saving it.
A career highlight to find and work with a group possessing sufficient depth to commit to the process attached to this multidimensional property.
Agree with both Painted Turtle and Beard of Bees.
Thank you for all your efforts Larry. Your kind heart and years of experience certainly shine through in the work you do on this blog and in your career.
