I have a feeling this is ‘the beginning’ of an extended downturn for Vancouver and possibly much of Canada.

It seems RE has been on a boom/bust 10 year cycle, I don’t see why this time would be any different.

Larry, correct me if i’m wrong, but haven’t sales on the west side of Vancity, significantly slowed in a traditionally brisk spring March market? I’m hearing a huge drop, please say it ain’t so
