Pants Down, Cold Wind and Spilled Coffee – a Vancouver Real Estate Story

Coffee Whispers

For the past while I’ve been going on about how Fraser is becoming the new Main St. Today over a cup of coffee, I hear and see things that made me choke and sputter.

Fraser – Forget the New Main

Forget about calling Fraser the new Main. It’s the new Dunbar!

Not Expected

Surprised – absolutely! As surprised as finding your pants down around your ankles with an icy wind blowing. That’s kind of the feeling you have when you discover the prices paid for these two homes in the Fraser neighbourhood.

Both prices made me forget the cold wind. The coffee unfortunately didn’t stay in the cup!

846 East 27th

It’s a bit of a stretch but you pay almost the same for some houses in Dunbar.
