It has been a good month for home sellers in Vancouver as Detached sales in June 2014 exceeded June 2013 by 32%. Accordingly, Attached recorded a 34% increase while Apartments realized an increase of 34%.

Street talk heard words like ‘multiple offers’ and ‘sold over asking’ indicating once more that Vancouver buyers have shown their willingness to keep the faith in Vancouver real estate.
