what are Realtors saying Larry, is theret a noticeable slowdown in the detached market?

@vangrl
Sept is a tough call. Some Realtors were busy and some much less. Troubling is the influence the roll out of a new MLS system may have had on productivity. Although this change was planned far in advance the majority of Realtors don’t adapt well when the rubber actually hits the road. So did this have an effect? My gut says yes but to what degree remains an impossible prediction.

Forgot about those changes. Darn I hope it’s not that & we are finally seeing some relief.

@vangrl,
not saying its not possible but it is one more element that might explain it. While not 100% it could be as valid as saying the FED. election is influencing buyer/seller decisions. Who knows? Real estate in Vancouver – gotta luv it. :”)

Its fate is still being determined but I expect some higher single family density.
