Canada Mortgage and Housing Q1 report suggests “Buyer’s market conditions will prevail throughout 2009 and result in lower home prices.”

Provincially, the British Columbia Real Estate Association says “unit sales have dropped 57%”.

Last, BC Central Credit Union adds more blue to the blues saying “personal bankruptcies are up 47%.”
