<p><strong>Oakridge Detached</strong> real estate during the past 30 day period of March 29 2009 to April 28,2009 saw sales flat at 3.  The number of active listings decreased.   Average active list prices increased.  The spread between the average Sold and average Ask is in the 8% range during this period.  The challenge of finding the market floor continues as 40% of the active listings reduced their price during this period.</p>
