Greek Days 2008 an annual event that occupies a major portion of West Broadway in Kitsilano, has passed into the history books as another success.
Safe and Fun
The community organizers were on task. West Broadway was a safe, interesting, fun and food filled venue for families and friends. It was a place to casually stroll and visit the many display booths provided by local and distant merchants celebrating all things history and Greek.Sense of Community

Invited to be part of the Scotia Bank group, my contribution this year was a bubble making machine that spewed forth a bazzilion bubbles. Who would have thought it an instant winner. It was an amazing experience to watch young and old alike, put on huge smiles as they gathered to catch, poke, jump, chase, dance in or watch bubbles sparkle as they floated in the sunshine. To witness such a simple thing as bubbles bring such joy in life to so many was a gift from Greek Gods.Got a Vancouver Real Estate question? Always happy to do my best to answer it. Do you know what bubbles and real estate prices have in common? Yes, that’s right. Nothing. The first one is pretty while the other not so. Would the prices burst just like the bubbles do? I don’t think so. There is a limitless supply of bubble juice but only so much of a residential land. Happy bubbling!
