In the spirit of giving and since I’m feeling generous this Christmas season, I want to pass on a gift to my fellow multi-cultural REALTORS® working in Vancouver.

In Vancouver and British Columbia in general, we have a large populations of Chinese, Japanese, East Indian, Polish, Korean, Viet Nam, German, Italian, Phillipino and Greek to name a few. I’m sorry if I have missed some. Here exists a golden opportunity for hyper-local marketing by a REALTOR® who native language is part of one or more of these populations.
