Vancouver Real Estate - A Caring Community

Hot and Nasty

It’s a searing hot day. The reflection of heat from the Scotia Bank parking lot burns the soles of your feet. It’s a day where a lot of good people are volunteering to help fight the battle against breast cancer.

Today is the beginning of a journey that Denise Patterson is about to undertake a 60 kilometer walk. The objective, to raise money for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer.

As Close as a Friend

I’ve known Denise for some time and I am constantly amazed by her strength and rebounding character in battling an illness that strikes women without mercy. She one of the many lucky warriors who fought and won her battle against breast cancer.

Larry, your involvment and support of causes affecting your community is unprecedented. You are an inspiration for all the women and men that know you. We applode you and we love you for what you do on daily basis. I only wish that big corporations had the same level of consciousness to help to end the fight against breast cancer and other debiliating diseases.
