Outlook
In parts of the city first time buyers are stretching their wings in the current market. Dunbar had 7 fewer sales in the last 30 day period with the lower price levels in good condition being snapped up. As commented upon by many news outlets the interest rates are having a stabilizing effect. Street rumor has it that a great number of the properties that have sold experienced multiple offers. Looking forward it is anticipated that the market will continue in this fashion for the balance of the year.

Median sold price decreased not increased…didn’t it?
Frank,
Thanks for pointing that out.
