It’s rumored that some consider this part of the city the best part in which to live. Proximity to city amenities, beaches, and parks they claim, makes it the place to be. Based on the averages for the last 60 and 30 days they may have something to shout about.
Kitsilano
Reason
While the total listings for Kitsilano increased the Active listings held steady. Solds increased from Dec/Jan’s 3 to Jan/Feb’s 18 while expireds stayed steady at 3.
Notable – the days on market shortened while average Sold prices exceed the average Ask.
Observation
Based on the number of Canadian Flags and Olympic rings displayed in the this neighbourhood they are definitely rooting for Canada.
