After HELLO, the first thing a REALTOR should talk to you about is Agency. It’s important that you clearly understand what your working relationship is with your REALTOR.
Once established, there are five duties by which a REALTOR must obide:
- Undivided Loyalty.
- To obey all lawful instructions.
- To keep all confidences.
- To exercise reasonable care and skill.
- To account for all money and property.
