Greek Days in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood reminded me of the behind the scenes work required to prepare a home making it ready for sale.
Plan and Execute

Before Guests Arrive
Unseen by those who visit your home is the great effort of all involved in the production. Invariably, it takes place before the public are invited to view the home. It is intense, involves a team of people and usually happens quickly.
Think Big
Similarly, the physical preparation for a major public event – think 80,000 visitors, happens in a very compressed period of time. Like the home seller, all the hopes and aspirations for a successful event is on everyone’s mind. Getting ready sell means having all the lights on, the house spotless, the beds made, the dog sent to friendto deliver invitations to sample products, services or large scale entertainment, involves a massive effort and true team effort.
