I’m A Grump
I treat tele-marketers with distain. In 27 years of helping people with their real estate needs this is the single element of this business to which I have never subscribed. I just simply don’t think tele-marketing is right and I don’t like it. So now you know. I am a grump. Not Immune
Like you I am not immune to this type of solicitation. I get calls on my cell, I get calls on my land line, I get spam email and I even get people knocking at my front door. This may sound familiar but, it always happens as I am about to sit down to an evening meal and catch up on the day with my family. From selling crayons to holiday resorts I have had them all. The automated calls are the most disingenuous. You know the ones - “Press 9 now and you will be connected to Bimbo who will tell you how you too can be a winner.” Thanks a bunch but being a loser on your program is just fine with me. Instead of the number 9, I foolishly wish I could just press the star button which reminds me of an explosion and well …, you know the rest! Why Blog
One of the prime reasons for blogging is to get further and further away from such intrusive marketing tactics. Push marketing is never convenient, rarely asked for and is so old news. Blogging is contrary to everything that type of marketing represents. Real Estate blogs are a consumer’s dream come true. It is permission marketing meaning that when you are ready I am here. If you like what I am about and need the service I offer I’ll be happy to take your call or email and do for you what I do best. Help and guide you to successfully selling or buying your Vancouver home.Got a Vancouver Real Estate question? Always happy to do my best to answer it. Call or send me an email. Larry
