Chandler’s H&H project which only a few weeks ago was in receivership is now ready for the 2008 spring market as the new “exclusively” “exquisite” “penthouse” project. Re-branded, as the Homer & Helmcken, it is now coveted more than ever before. Really? Phoenix may be a more appropriate name under the circumstance as the fate of the other feather of this Chandler bird, the Richmond Garden, is still in undecided.

Diamond Shreddies
I like the new “Shreddies” TV commercial? For eternity, Shreddies have remained square but, spin Shreddies just right and they become diamonds. Spin H&H with a rebrand as the Homer & Helmcken – a project consisting of penthouse only “exclusive” residences and what remains are rough diamonds that leave original buyers shredded financially and in a crunch.
