Too long? How about 10 green seconds. It’s all the time you’ll need to read this post or, put another way, the time it takes to read one of those ubiquitous real estate cards you receive in your regular mail box.

You know the ones. The selfless promotional Vancouver Realtor ditties telling you that they are number one at something or other. As if, you give a damn.

It is in the blue box.

At least 5 of these cards are delivered each week to my mail box. I kept a months worth to keep track. Wow - that’s a lot of paper, ink, and rubber. That’s lot of trees.
