Just Lucky I Guess

The Love
In our great world of Vancouver Real Estate some wonderfully impromptu events occur. Sometimes we agents unintentionally and unknowingly share the love.
Traffic Stopper
Today while crossing Broadway I noticed the person in the car waiting for me to cross the intersection was driven by long time Vancouver Real Estate associate Victoria Bell. Victoria I have known for a thousand years. She has my greatest respect as a proven Realtor. Never one to miss a word of mouth selling opportunity, I took a second to hop to her car to say hello and tell her about a new listing.
Saving Myself
That action within a few seconds caused a jam of cars waiting for me to stop talking and get out of the way. Recognizing my impending doom and always on the job, Victoria quickly grabbed a used business card from her car’s coffee holder and passed it to me as she drove away saying “yes - email the information”. “Great - will do” I said, as she sped away.
The Seal
Safely reaching the sidewalk after rushing to save myself from the onslaught of vehicles I was placing her hastily produced card in my pocket when I noticed “the love”. With a lot of sunshine in my heart I can only say “Victoria, thanks for the kiss, you made my day.” .>)
