Lowest Priced Home Vancouver’s West Side
Posted April 21st, 2008 in Real Estate, Real Estate Stuff
Result of checking the market pulse for the lowest price house on the West side of Vancouver.
Price and Location
$668,000 this is the lowest priced house on Vancouver Real Estate’s West side. At house number 35 W 41st it is just on the division border. Interestingly, the price is so low the listing agent couldn’t afford a picture of the front. We are left to our imaginations.
Size and Age
Total of 1400 square feet on two levels on a 33 X 112 lot built circa 1930.
Cost
Assuming a full purchase price with $100,000 down, a mortgage of $568,000 at 6.99% your monthly payments would be $3974 per month.

Hmmm. Not bad.:)
Where do the regular people live?
what a deal! that’ll buy you 800-900 sq.ft. 2 bedroom condo Downtown.
Norm,
They move to Saskatoon drive your prices up and still think it a bargain. As for the regular folk they live in the next block East. .>)
Maggie,
Sure, but you don’t get the yard what’s life without a lawnmower? BTW you probably would get a picture of the building.
Oh, ya!
