The mls.ca web site is not the MLS® system. The web site mls.ca is an advertising vehicle paid for by REALTORS®. It exists as a tool for REALTORS® to expose property for sale.

Consider the MLS.ca web site to be your daily paper Real Estate section. It is as a general resource. Your neighbourhood REALTOR® is the connection to local expertise, market conditions and complete property information.
As a Buyer mls.ca is an easy, unobtrusive way to begin to find your new home.
As as Seller, mls.ca is without parallel in promoting your property to the greatest number of potential buyers.
