Clarity in Vancouver Real Estate

Prudent Passage
Vancouver is a great place to own a boat. We are lucky to have an expansive coast line with a thousand different places to explore and experience the beauty of nature from the water side. Navigation and learning to boat safely, is much the same as when you learn to drive. There are road signs, maps, charts and various types of signal lights that indicate prudent passage. Buying or selling Vancouver real estate can be compared to boating. It’s important to chart your course, understand the markers, the influence of wind and tide in order to successfully arrive at your destination. When unfamiliar with your journey, it is great comfort to have an experienced hand to guide you through unfamiliar territory, be it a seasoned sailor or a experienced Realtor.Road Signs
Understanding and following road signs on the water and in real estate involves education and empirical knowledge. Combined, they offer a path of safety around pot holes in the road, hidden rocks underwater, or potential legal issues in real estate contracts. As a member of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron, the Canadian Real Estate Association and my local real estate board these organizations have my years provided training that have helped me help others travel safely on the water and in real estate.Clarity
Most signs on the water or contracts in real estate are designed to provide clarity in interpretation so that all parties achieve understanding and unfettered passage. Rarely is a real estate contract simple but, on occasion one receives a very clear message while boating. As an exampe, yesterday, while sailing in English Bay, 3 letters were explicit.Move Over Larry
