Black and White
Do I agree with all thoughts proposed by the “experts”? Let’s just say, I reserve judgment.
Street experience suggests that Vancouver Real Estate cannot be assigned a formulistic myth or a reality structure. The statistics and opinions of economists and appraisers are only guidelines, not the Rosetta Stone. Sellers and Buyers of real estate are unique in requirement and desire. Their dreams most certainly, are not black and white.
