Vancouver Real Estate - Sewing a Silk Purse

The declining market is showing it’s cracks. The pressure is mounting for some Realtors®. It’s been a long time since I’ve heard or seen bold laments made by a Realtor®. Reaction to such statements might be that we live in interesting times and such musings are vagaries of the moment.
The Moment
Frustrated, by the unreasonable dreams of a seller some just have to shout out. Look at this video by Ian Watt entitled Here’s a $1000, Don’t Waste My Time.
Is it a blast of steam? Most certainly, but it won’t cost you $1000 to click the off button.

Does this style of shouting constitute good or bad marketing. That’s for Mr. Watt and you to judge. I’m just saying that Realtors® can do a lot to market your home successfully. There are however, limits to everything so when expectations are contrary to market conditions one result may be a clash with best intention. Realtors® know a lot about selling homes, they just can’t make silk purses!
