Consider these words of the intrepid top Realtor® from West Vancouver Malcolm Hasman.

Flying high from his record sales performance Hasman, in his interview with Joanne Blain, of the International Herald Tribune tells us that

“a lot of prices have been reduced to some degree,… But the truth is, they were overly inflated to start with.”

Forget about a leveling market, with Hasman’s declaration it is now certainty that Vancouver’s sky rocketing prices will tail spin into a correction.
