Flummoxed
In our travels we all want to find a good secure room in which to bed down for the night. The uncertainty of when and where you “check in” is a problem. During uncertain times, staying parked outside, unable to decide is a commonality shared by Vancouver buyers.
Open
Banks are open for business offering the best mortgage interest rates ever.
Closed
A few sellers remain closed to the idea that the market has changed. To attract buyers, serious mark down stickers need be applied.
Vacancy
Some buyers of pre-sale condo’s are fretting. Many have been able to complete on their purchase, but few have guarantees that rental payments will equal the mortgage payments. Worse, some will find their new condo vacant.
No Vacancy
The decision to go forward or wait till the bottom of the market appears, is a question filling buyer’s minds. History combined with the cup half full mantra, suggests the following. – Wise men say the right time to jump in the “I want to own Vancouver real estate barrel” is before the no vacancy sign is turned on.
