Matthew Collinge of Royal Lepage fame did up a great post on property lines in Vancouver. As Matthew points out, this information is critical in understanding exactly what it is you are buying or selling. This knowledge combined with the correct action can preempt a lot of problems. Don’t forget to turn on the layers. These reveal things that you can’t see that are underground. Buying or Selling be sure to ask your Realtor for a printout or do your own research. They are available on line from the city and are available in most municipalities.
