At your discretion public Open Houses are hosted on weekend afternoons. An Open House is a great way for potential buyers to get a first hand look at your property. We are always present during our open houses and your home’s security is paramount to us. Upon entering your home prospective buyers will receive a full colour feature sheet including floor plans as required will be directed to this website for further information and photos.

Private Showings

Private buyer viewings are a schedules time when a buyer’s Realtor® makes a request to bring a buyer to your property for a private tour. The viewings are for qualified buyers who have expressed a direct interest toward your home. In reaching their decision serious buyers will often request a 2nd or 3rd viewings. Frequently, these showings are followed by an offer. All viewings are always conditional upon your approval.
